- Orders confirmed before 3pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day.
- We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier.
Returns & exchange
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we will help.
7-day exchange
- Exchange for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories.
- A delivery charge of Rs.200 applies to size or colour exchanges.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
- Send a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery charges.
- Smart rings carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults (not physical or water damage).
Items we can’t exchange
- Used ihram and prayer caps, for hygiene reasons.
- Items bought on final clearance sale, unless faulty.
How to request an exchange
- WhatsApp us on 0300 0000000 with your order number.
- Tell us what you’d like instead, and we will arrange a pickup or send you our return address.
- Once we receive the item, we dispatch the replacement within 2 working days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5-7 working days after we receive the item. Card payments are refunded to the original card.
