Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and address. You can also order directly on WhatsApp by sending the product name, colour and size.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (most popular), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and debit/credit cards.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. Our team calls or WhatsApps every order to confirm the address and details before dispatch.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, for masjids, Hajj and Umrah groups, madaris and corporate gifts. Request a quote.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2-4 working days in major cities and 4-6 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Orders confirmed before 3pm (Mon-Sat) are dispatched the same day.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over Rs.5,000. Otherwise a flat Rs.200 anywhere in Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not yet. For international orders please contact us on WhatsApp and we will try to help.
Returns & exchange
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our returns policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Who pays for exchange delivery?
We cover it if the item was faulty or wrong. For size or colour changes, a delivery charge of Rs.200 applies.
Zikr rings & sizes
Which ring size should I order?
Zikr rings are worn on the index finger and pressed with the thumb.

Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. We exchange sizes within 7 days.
How do I connect the ring to my phone?
Download the free iQibla app (Android or iPhone), turn on Bluetooth, and follow the pairing steps in the app. Setup takes about two minutes.
How do I charge it and how long does the battery last?
Use the magnetic charging cable in the box. A full charge takes about 1-2 hours and lasts several days depending on use.
Is it waterproof?
It is splash resistant, so wudu and hand washing are fine. Don’t swim or shower with it.
Does it work without the app?
Yes. Counting, the display and vibration at 33/66/99/100 work on their own. The app adds prayer reminders, Qibla direction and your history.
Product care
How do I wash a velvet janamaz?
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent, don’t wring, and dry flat in the shade. Brush lightly once dry to lift the pile.
How should I care for my ihram?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle before first use. Avoid bleach and fabric softener with fragrance, as scented products are not permitted in ihram.
How do I keep an aqeeq tasbih looking its best?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, keep away from perfume and chemicals, and store it in its pouch.
